2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Asia (Other): 5-8 business days

• North America: 7-12 business days

• Studyvn is not liable for delays or fees imposed by customs.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

• Some remote locations may require additional shipping time/fees.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

• Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
