At Studyvn, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for refunds, exchanges, and damaged/defective items.
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
✅ You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached).
✅ Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
❌ Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable").
❌ Custom-made or personalized products.
❌ Items damaged due to improper use.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address.

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
✅ Yes! You may exchange an item within 14 days of delivery for a different size or color (subject to availability).
How to Exchange an Item

The item you wish to exchange

Your preferred replacement

Once approved, we’ll guide you on return shipping.

The new item will be shipped once we receive the original.
(Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and provide:
🔹 A free replacement (if available)
🔹 A full refund (if a replacement isn’t possible)
What to Do

Take photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.

Email us at service@studyvn.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a return or replacement immediately.
(Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility.)
4. Return Shipping

Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method—Studyvn is not responsible for lost return packages.
